Big Idea — Paul’s letter to the Roman contains a significant amount of doctrinal, theological, and practical application about how we must live and interact with God as well as one another. This series relates how the righteousness of God can impact our daily lives.

• Lesson 1 — The Struggle Is Real
Paul reminded us that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” We are all a product of a broken and fallen world, and we are in desperate need of God’s righteousness.

• Lesson 2 — The Truth
God sees us as guiltless people because of the work of Christ on the cross, not because of the work of man.

• Lesson 3 — The Hope
We are human so we are vulnerable to the temptations of our flesh. The Gospel gives us the opportunity to start over, and the Holy Spirit will empower us to walk in righteousness.

• Lesson 4 — The Call
We cannot have a proper relationship with God if we do not first have a proper relationship with one another. If we want to reach this world, we must allow God’s righteousness to shine through us in into the hearts of all we meet.
